    My client is a well known company with a company size over 1,000 headcount. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, TA/BP to join their team.

    Reporting to the Department Head within a sizable HR team.


    about the job.

    • Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for assigned departments such as corporate functions, technical positions professionals and difficult hires, covering from junior to senior level hiring’s
    • Account service for designated departments from onboarding to offboarding
    • Implement innovation and resourceful talent acquisition strategies and build talent pipeline for future organization growth
    • Drive talent and business outcomes as a manpower and organisation structure advisor to the company
    • Track and manage all talent acquisition related data analytics in order to provide insight which channels were working most effectively
    • Implement visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting team on key metrics; time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire and effectiveness ratios
    • Proactively headhunt passive job-seekers to compliment active job applicants
    • Develop a good relationship within assigned stakeholders to ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely fashion
    • Carry out salary negotiation and oversight of contractual and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders / line managers to understand business strategies and organisational and succession plans, to build search strategy for open positions and meet current and future critical hiring needs
    • Support in any HR projects as assigned by senior management

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
    • 6+ years of talent acquisition working experience in a sizable platform over 300 headcount
    • A track record of successful cases in recruiting all levels of talent in corporate functions and technical hire,helping the business grow using various sourcing methods, good data analytic sense for preparing talent analytic summary and up to date or recruitment trends
    • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
    • Proactive, independent, high flexibility, strong communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge in HR system and applicant tracking systems
    • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
