About the team:

Team of 10 within the Finance Implementation Department, the headcount is a new requirement to cope with the system project duties around APAC region covering 10-12 countries, the position will be reporting into a department head and working closing with Headquarter and local office.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a Business Analysis including Carry out feasibility study, assess potential impact and define target operating model
Define the appropriate testing strategy according to the project / assessments
Responsible for system implementation / enhancement (UAT)
Act as a Project Manager handling all stages in project life cycle from initiate stage to completion
Develop project scope documentation, project plans and project schedules
undertake risk analysis and proactively identify mitigation solutions
Arrange smooth go-live implementation and provide post go-live support
Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external parties
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accounting or any related disciplines
At least 5-7 years of working experience, ideally candidates with in-house system experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure, self-driven, able to work independently and detail minded
Attention to detail and a problem solver with great system experience
Great knowledge in MS Excel (VBA, Vlookup) and PowerPoint. SQL is a PLUS
Great in Chinese and English, in both written and spoken commands
