- Provide support to the manager in implementing public relations management strategies and Crisis Management.
- Support the manager in coordinating media events and compile reports on their outcomes.
- Help the manager in managing media inquiries and pitching ongoing stories.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop daily news updates for strategic planning and crisis management.
- Assist the manager in addressing inquiries received through social media channels.
- Support the manager in implementing engagement plans with specific associations.
- Prepare reports summarizing post-engagement activities.
- Act as a master of ceremonies for media-related events and create presentation materials.
- Coordinate with in-house or external copywriters and designers for the development of advertorials.
skills & experiences required.
- Preferably holds a degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in corporate communications.
- Displays initiative, attention to detail, and patience, with a pleasant demeanor.
- Possesses strong problem-solving, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being a team player.
- Candidates with excellent writing skills are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrates proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
