You will gather business requirements, create flowcharts process maps and diagrams
You will research, analyze, recommend changes to business process to improve operational efficiencies, service, quality, accuracy
You will monitor the daily productivity of the outsourcing services for life business and coordinate with vendors to ensure the fulfillment of service level
You will review and update the BC arrangement of service providers to ensure the continuity of service provision
You will improve accuracy and refine the operation manual from time to time

skills & experiences required

You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
You have have years of relevant vendor management experience
You have good problem solving and analytical skills
