    You will join a leading multi-line insurer that serves its customers in global and local markets.

    about the job

    • You will be responsible for checking the completion and accuracy of policies and endorsements issuance in accordance with the instructions and the company’s rules and guidelines
    • You will provide general administrative support in policy issuance and endorsement preparation, including data input and dispatching policies to clients
    • You will support the department by ensuring and enhancing operational efficiency in policies production, provide feedback and work out improvement areas with subordinates to improve error ratio
    • You will manage and lead the operation team in handling and resolving issues escalated by team members and provide quality services to clients and internal departments
    • You will establish procedures and guidelines, reviewing and streamlining workflow as well as implementing new initiative to improve efficiency and productivity
    • You will participate in system enhancement and testing and assist supervisors to prepare reports for management

    skills & experiences required

    • You are a Higher Diploma Degree Holder or above
    • You have 6+ years general insurance experience and at least 2 years in leading processing team
    • You have ACII/ANZIIF would be a plus
    • You are customer-oriented and a good team player to liaise with different stakeholders
