Support Manager in accomplishing the full cycle project management

Manage vendors or do hands-on support to ensure the good service in place to support business results

Work with the business owner to continuously enhance the business key user network experience

Closely work with a commercial team to identify the improvement opportunities

Analyse and assess the business requirement, develop and align the system solution, and deliver it to realise the business value proposition

Understand, support and execute the group IT strategies in APAC regions

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related disciplines

Minimum 5 year's experience as Business Analyst or related experience

Knowledge in one of the below: ERP / SQL Server / Website / Mobile App

Knowledge of system integration, architecture design, cloud hosting will be a huge advantage

Ability to communicate in both technical and business language

Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
