The Assistant Manager would be part of an IT security team consisting of SOC & Project sub-teams. Being a people manager role, the AM would be responsible for leading the team in conducting day to day operations as well as driving enhancement projects.

- Provide T2 support on IT security incident, enterprise cyber defense systems
- Lead and manage a SOC team in providing customer service and incident management
- Lead the IT security project team in on-going enhancement and implementation of SIEM
- Review and provide enhancement insights on operations and procedures
- Monitor service standards and compliance of service models
skills & experiences required.
- Certificate in IT Security (CISSP/ CISA/ CISM/ CCSP etc)
- Degree in IT or related disciplines
- 6-8 years of experience in IT with role focus in IT Security, SOC, IT Service Management
- Knowledge in IT Security technology, products, frameworks
- Expertise in network, cloud, information security scanners
- Strong interpersonal skills & language proficiency in English & Chinese
