Oversee and manage the operational processes and workflows within the investment services department, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, traders, compliance, and operations, to address operational issues, resolve discrepancies, and enhance process efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and performance summaries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
Support the onboarding of new clients, including account setup, documentation, and operational integration.

skills & experiences required

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or industry qualifications are a plus.
Minimum 4 years of experience in investment operations, asset management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of investment operations, including trade execution, settlements, reconciliations, and performance reporting.
Familiarity with investment management systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. (e.g. Bloomberg / Citidirect / Eagle)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
