- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established procedures and policies
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Reviews & improves the operations in correspondence, cheque issuing & delivery progress. Monitors the service level on productivity, turnaround time, quality and service of printing vendors
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures
- Drives and participates in POS initiatives and Company strategic projects in order to meet business requirements, including Product Implementation , Digitalization projects, Company Campaigns, Compliance or regulatory requirement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication in operational activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operations management
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and process documentation
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and using relevant software tools
