about the job
- You will handle club member’s enquiries and complaints regarding all activities in the HNW club operation process
- You will provide comprehensive solution to members
- You will work closely with the Service Audit and Control Team to perform periodic review on team service quality
- You will make outbound calls to invite club members to exclusive events / privileges
- You will build relationships with members while delivering outstanding customer services through interactions
- You will stay current with professional level knowledge of the Club privileges and services
skills & experiences required
- You are a Diploma Holder or above
- You have 3 + years of experience in Contact Centre operation servicing HNW customers or Private Concierge service
- You have strong experience in customer service and complaint handling
