About the Company
We are currently representing a well-established conglomerate who has multiple iconic real estate developments across HK and APAC. To cope with their expanding business, they are now calling for building services talent to join their project team which focuses on the company's new development.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the building services part of their new development projects, including residential, hotel, commercial buildings, etc.
Your previous project management experience will be beneficial for this role. You have to engage in a full project management cycle including planning & budgeting, manpower management, procurement & tendering, managing external stakeholders like consultants and contractors, as well as leading and supervising internal project engineers, delivering project in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Requirement
- Minimum 8 years of experiences in Building Services engineering, solid experience in new development projects is a plus
- Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Chartered membership is highly desirable
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
