about the job
- You will drive service excellence to the business partners and facilitate to achieve business objectives
- You will be responsible for daily service quality delivery of enquiry team
- You will conduct team performance monitoring
- You will handle enquiries and complaints from brokers partners and meet service level agreement
- You will work closely with payment and life operation team to handle the enquiries and policy service requests from business partners
- You will provide operational support to the team and business partners
- You will ensure procedures and responses within the team are compliant with company’s guidelines and policies
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
- You have at least 5 years of experience in life insurance operations
- You are highly independent and able to work under pressure
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are fluent in Cantonese and English, mandarin preferred
