Assistant Leasing Manager (Mall/ Developer)

About the Company
Our client is a reputable property investment, management and development company in Hong Kong. They own some signature office, retail and residential buildings. As their company is expanding, they are now inviting the Assistant Leasing Manager to join their team.

About the job

  • Manage key tenants relationship for a shopping mall portfolio
  • Handle daily leasing enquiry, complaints and all tenancy matters
  • Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
  • formulate and implemente leasing strategies to achieve business targets
  • Prepare offer to lease, leasing proposals, license agreements and other related documents
  • Assist in budget planning and rental forecast
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in portfolio/ retail / commercial leasing
  • Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy (Consolidation) Ordinance and leasing procedures;
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good numerical sense
