- Responsible for supporting the L&D strategy which raising the whole group to the provision of top class training.
- Identify and analyse the training needs of other Business Units
- Responsible for planning particular L&D programme.
- Conduct and facilitate on-boarding via different platforms.
- Manage Trainers to ensure effective training.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree with minimum of 3 to 8 years solid experience in Learning and Development
- Highly preferred candidates who have experiences in workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
