About the Company:

Our client is a HK Listed Company which being well known to be the pioneer in their industry. It is a new created headcount (Assistant Training Manager/ Training Manager) for the Learning and Development Team to cater for the T&D Project under their business expansion.
Job Description:
  • Act as a strategic partner to design and evaluate effective learning and development programs for frontline staff and back office staff in Hong Kong
  • Build good rapport with different departments and understanding their training needs
  • Review the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Improve on the quality of service of the frontline staff
  • Take part in Training Program Delivery
  • Establish follow-up measures working closely with training vendors for continuous improvements on existing programs
  • Take part in projects involved in new initiative
  • Minimium 16 days of Annual leave
