About the Company:

Our client is a fast growing company with a strong presence over Hong Kong and China.

They are looking for a experienced L&D professional to take up the role as Assistant Training Manager specialising in soft skills training. They are looking for someone who is seasoned, independent and outgoing to join their young and energetic team.

Job Description:

  • In charge of soft skills training programme from preparing materials to training delivery and evaluation
  • Design and set up the talent management programme for the employees (succession planning)
  • Identify and access the training needs for both frontline and back office staff
  • Develop soft skills training programme in cooperation with the line managers
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training, ROI and more
  • Assist in annual HR projects such as manpower and headcount planning etc.

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6-8 years L&D experience within a sizeable organisation
  • Experienced in setting up a training programme from scratch is a MUST
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidates with short notice are preferred
