About the Company:

Our client is an award winning hotel business around the world.

They are looking for an Assistant Training Manager to join their team to look after the area of soft skill, customer serviceand leadership training.

Job Description:
  • Lead the hotel learing and development functions
  • Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs from the perspective of a business partner
  • Develop and deliver different learning & development workshops and activities to frontline staff, executive management and department heads
  • Monitor the progress of the Yearly Training Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved
  • Coach and develop the learning & development officer
  • Roll out ad hoc learning & development project


  • Minimium 5 years of working experience in learning & development for soft skill area
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
