About our client:

Our Client is an international, fast-growing, reputable company in the professional services industry.

To cope with their continuous expansion, they are looking for high-caliber, international good team player with excellent language skills to take up the role of HR Manager to handle the HR function in HK office.

There is a team of 5 serving 70 headcounts in Hong Kong.

Description

  • Manage general staffing process including new staff on-boarding, off-boarding documents, HR policies drafting and processing;
  • Handle C&B function including MPF administration, tax filing, medical insurance, attendance and leave management, etc.
  • Maintain employee database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Work closely with Department heads on performance management
  • Be in charge of coordinating training activities for staff in different levels
  • Develop HR Initiatives and conduct enhancement project
  • Ad hoc projects assigned

Requirement

  • Excellent language skill - Native English and Cantonese
  • Business level required (Not frequent)
  • Minimum 3 years of HR operation experience from MNCs
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized and good problem solving skills
  • Well verse with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance
