- Lead a team of HR members that support the performance of operation excellence
- Streamline and manage HR operation processes including offering, onboarding, taxation, offboarding
- Simplify HR processes by leveraging HR system, process simplification, restlessly to improve the process efficiency
- Review, approve budgets, implement new company policies and maintain internal HR systems
- Prepare monthly analysis reports that are required to carry out the functions of the department and company
- Improve and revamp pre-onboarding, onboarding employee experience, enhance time to productivity
- Update and maintain employee records within database
- Support in any HR projects as assigned by senior management
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of HR generalist / operational experience in sizable platforms over 500 headcount
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
- High flexibility, detail minded, positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
