about the job.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers in all areas of HR, covering Hong Kong and 4 other APAC regions
- Manage compensation and benefit programs, namely Payroll checking and Insurance programme management
- Consult with external partners, such as legal counsel, insurance brokers, and payroll providers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, offering and on-boarding.
- Manage the performance management process, including performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate staff records in HRIS system and proper filing of personal records.
- Other related Ad Hoc duties
