    Report to the HR Manager within a sizable HR team.

    • Responsible for full spectrum of HR services including day-to-day HR operations including recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement activities
    • Review payroll, budgeting and handle annual salary review, salary benchmarking
    • Support in talent acquisition for strategic sourcing and handle all relevant transactional activities
    • Promote and coordinate all learning and engagement activities across functions and departments
    • Prepare the comprehensive evaluation summary report to management review
    • Work closely with team members to deliver excellent HR services and enhance employee engagement and experience
    • Support in any HR projects as assigned by senior management

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist / HR Operations experience in sizable platforms over 500 headcount, less experience candidate will be considered as Senior Officer
    • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
    • Humble, high flexibility, proactive, fast learner and able to working independently in a fast paced environment
    • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge in HR system
    • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
