Responsible for HR duties in all areas of HR, covering Hong Kong and APAC
Manage compensation and benefit programs, total rewards and incentive design
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations
Lead recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, offering and on-boarding
Manage the performance management process, including performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures

skills & experiences required.

3 -5 years of experience in Human Resources, with APAC exposure is an advantage
Knowledge of the Luxury Retail industry is preferable
Solid understanding of C&B principles, policies and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on with a "can do attitude"
Proven track record in managing HR operations and projects.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
