- Develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract talent for part time openings
- Fulfil the staff requisition from the business unit on part time staff
- Coach and supervise two team members
- Build stakeholder relationships and communicate consistently throughout the recruitment process
- Screen, interview and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 3-4 years mass/part time recruitment experience
- Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
