Our client is one of the leading Financial Service Company in the world. They are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Guest Services Manager to join their team.

To be successful in this position, you will enjoy working in a team environment, leading 20 people in a team whilst still having the ability to work autonomously, show initiative and have excellent customers skills as well as good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team of guest relationship officers and ensure the operation running smoothly
  • Maintains and enhances customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems and procedures;
  • Introduce and recommend appropriate services to customers according to identified needs
  • Provide front counter & telephone/email service to customers
  • Answer customers general enquiries and provide excellent problem solving skills
  • Prepare reports and using excel for analysing data
  • Some general Admin and data entry tasks
  • Other ad- hoc tasks as required

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years supervisor or above experience in Customer Service field
  • Management experience is a MUST
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese is a MUST
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Computer skills with proven efficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Outlook and Excel)
