    Assistant FP&A Manager | Global Insurance | $40-45K

    An excellent opportunity to join a well-established insurance company in Hong Kong, they are currently looking to hire an Assistant Manager for the FP&A team, the position will be handling management reporting, cost control as well as system enhancement duties, please find out more from below.
    • HK$40-45K x 12m + bonus
    • Expense / Cost Control - Local Branch
    • Team of 6-8, Report into the Team Head
    About Our Client: Our client is a well-established global insurance company with over 60 headcount under the Finance Department, they are currently looking to hire an Assistant FP&A Manager position for their Expense Team, the headcount will be a Business Partnering position to monitor budget & expenses for 4 - 5 division and communicate with senior management monthly on cost efficiency project as well as system enhancement. Job Responsibilities:
    • Prepare budgeting of expense, cost analysis for monthly management reporting purpose
    • Improve timeliness and quality of management reporting and provide insightful analytics to support management decision
    • Support cost management for budget utilization, and prepare departmental budgets
    • Be a trusted partner and cultivate efficiency culture and provide recommendations on management actions of improving expense efficiency
    • Support and coordinate with the system enhancement project, assist in UAT and process enhancement
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accountancy, Business Administration (major in Accounting) or any related disciplines
    • At least 5 - 7 years of working experience and 3 years relevant experience in expense management, cost allocation or cost analysis, preferably with Insurance or FI background
    • Professional Qualification in ACCA, CPAA or HKICPA
    • Experience with ERP system implementation or enhancement project
    • Analytics, detail minded with excellent communication skills to handle senior management in different departments
    • Business Partnering Experience is a PLUS, in handling regional projects or experience in dealing with senior management on cost and expenses
    • Individual contributor position to look after 4-5 divisions
    • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken commands in Chinese and English
