Our client is a professional service firm who has a strong presence globally. They are currently expanding the finance team and are now looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager.
Job description
- Supervise juniors staff on daily operation tasks
- Handle in AP duties, general ledger, month end closing and billing function
- Handle in e-billing and assist in credit control
- Responsible for posting journals an online bank payment
- Work closely with external parties for taxation and audit including liaised with auditor, prepare audit schedule and draft financial statements for company
- Assist to Finance manager on budgeting, forecast and cash flow projects
- To perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required
The desired candidate should have the following qualities
- Degree Holder in Finance and Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ accounting and commercial experience
- Hands-on Experience on AP tasks
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mind, self-organized with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Immediate availability is preferred
