About Our Client & The Team:

Our client is a leading Investment Bank with a global presence, the position will be reporting into a SVP in the Hong Kong office with a team of 7-8. The team in general are quite young, self-driven, highly motivated and able to cope with pressure, mostly with Big4 background.

Job Descriptions:

Prepare and support on daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, data entries, monthly financial reporting related
Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting, e.g. SFC 1,2,4,9 License
Prepare client money segregation and desegregation
Conduct analysis and prepare strategic reports on the Groups’ financial performance to facilitate business planning and development
Liaise with internal & external parties on conducting annual audit, year end closing process and related
Acting as a key contact point for banking transactions
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department or Top Management

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance & Accounting or any related disciplines
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant or related experience in product analysis or candidates with at least 3 years FS audit experience.
Professional Qualification in CPA, ACCA, HKICPA or CFA related, welcome finalist
Detail-minded, strong with big data analysis, a great team player and able to work under pressure to meet with tight deadlines
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
Great knowledge in MS office Applications, knowledge in SAP or Oracle is a PLUS
Excellent in Chinese and English in both written and spoken command
