Our client, a Hong Kong listed company, is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will collaborate with local finance teams to review PRC books, while preparing and handling HK books in compliance with HK GAAP reporting requirements. You will also be responsible for performing variance analysis of financial statements, reconciling current accounts, and completing ad-hoc assignments as required.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business and have at least 4 years of commercial experience with minimum 2 years of experience in the audit field, ideally from Big 4 or other sizable audit firms. Knowledge of PRC GAAP is a plus. The candidate should be willing to travel to the PRC Shenzhen office as required. Candidates also have to possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, and be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
