Our client is a fast-growing restaurant chain with over 60 outlets in Hong Kong. With their upcoming regional expansion plan in mind, they are looking for an experienced and passionate production professional to join their team in Hong Kong.


about the team.

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the whole operation of the central kitchen, where there are 150 people covering both production and logistics functions. The central kitchen is located in Kwai Chung.


about the job.

As an Assistant Factory Manager, you are responsible for

  • Monitor daily operations of the central kitchen, including the production and logistics departments.
  • Plan and schedule the production process and operation procedures, as well as providing training and technical support when there is any problem.
  • Maintain and ensure the safety and health standard for operation of the central kitchen.
  • Manage all 150 people in the central kitchen and ensure smooth operation.

skills & experiences required.

To be successful in the position, you need

  • At least 7 year working experience within food production field, with at least 3 year people management experience.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and related ISO implementation experience.
  • Leadership experience within a labour intensive food production environment.
  • 6 day work every other week is expected for this position. No shift duty is required.
