With ongoing projects and developments in Hong Kong and China, they are looking for a driven individual to spearhead the marketing activities for their leading shopping malls in Hong Kong. about the team.

Collaborate with a team of 10-12 skilled professionals

Manage year-round events, festive occasions, and promotional activities
Ensure the quality and commercial value of deliverables in promotional activities
Foster partnerships with brands, external partners, and clients for pop-up retail and advertising opportunities
Co-develop branding strategies for the shopping mall, ensuring alignment with the corporate brand
Collaborate in managing the annual marketing budget for the Marketing function
Monitor and evaluate KPIs and ROI targets for marketing campaigns, making timely adjustments as needed
Lead and orchestrate comprehensive integrated marketing and communications strategies and action plans
Drive annual branding and advertising campaigns, including traditional advertising channels (e.g., TVC, OOH media, print, etc.)
Lead public relations strategies, including media relations, media coverage, community relations, and KOL collaborations
Collaborate closely with advertising agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Digital, CRM, Leasing, Operations, Finance) to establish strong internal partnerships

skills & experiences required.

Hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related discipline
Possess 6+ years of event management / marketing experience in sizable corporates
Have knowledge and previous exposure to the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industries (MUST)
Exhibit excellent team management and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate strong communication abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
