about the team.

• Report to Head of Event Marketing
• Sizable team
• Dynamic environment

• Plan and execute event operations with a focus on creativity and seamless execution, including detailed coordination of operation flow, logistics, and manpower allocation.
• Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Utilize effective communication skills to align and collaborate across different divisions within the club, sharing event rundowns and organizational details.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks that may impact project delivery, working closely with the Manager to develop proactive solutions and preventive measures.
• Manage event budgets, expenses, team operations, and procurement processes.

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in large scale event planning is necessary.
• Experience in event marketing in both Hong Kong and China is preferred.
• Large scale/ out door event production expeirence is required.
• Less experience will be consider as "Senior Event Officer/ Event Officer".
