Our client is a well-known cosmetics & skincare brand. As part of their regional expansion plans, they are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Marketing Manager - eCommerce (Shopify, New Position) to help drive online marketing and end-user conversion. Ideally you should have solid eCommerce experience particularly on Shopify.
about the job
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing, to steer and influence of online marketing direction and business efforts that directly impacts the Brand commercially in the region
  • Support the ecommerce business unit in achieving annual revenue targets for the region with sustained efforts to engage trade partners
  • Develop online marketing and communications strategy and calendar to effectively promote the network's portfolio for the consumer channels in the region
  • Manage user online experience throughout the consumer decision journey, and ensure integration of relevant digital touchpoints i.e. search, display, social, CRM to e-shops and marketplaces
  • Responsible for building designs, artwork, to communicate Online Marketing & Sales mechanics & priorities to channels
  • Spend time in field and partners with business to understand business needs. Fosters relationships with key regional contacts (internal and external)
  • Communicate and monitor compliance on all brand-related guidelines (e.g. consistency of Online Banners, CI/CD guidelines, Ads, etc)
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing.
  • Experienced in managing ecommerce websites, particularly Shopify. Experience within the Consumer Product / Cosmetics / Skincare / Fashion & Apparel is preferred.
  • Online marketing communications channels knowledge required.
  • Expertise in syndicated data analysis with the ability to draw action-oriented conclusions
  • Expert proficiency of the English & Chinese language with excellent written and oral communication skills
