To cope with their global expansions, they are currently looking for a Assistant Brand Manager to join their team and bring in new inspirations.about the team.

    Locating in the commercial hub in the city, you will be surrounded with a group of down-to-earth marketers and entrepreneurs. You will be reporting to the Brand Manager who looks after the entire company's product portfolio and work in a team of 10+ members.

    about the job.
    • Drive and lead overall brand strategies and campaigns
    • Collaborate internally with product development teams and externally with agencies on ATL and BTL activities, including but not limited to launch campaigns, roadshows, consumer engagement events, TVC and etc
    • Drive business partnerships and develop story telling strategies to increase brand awareness
    • Work closely with sales team and product development team on product phase in / out plan
    • Enhance overall retail and customer experience via CRM campaigns, POP and POSM initiatives
    • Develop new business proposals for potential growth
    • Develop and execute long- and short-term strategic marketing plan to unlock potential growth in building brand equity and channel growth
    • Maintain positive and healthy relationships with external business partners, regular visit to market is required
    • Provide analysis and insights on competitor trends, brand awareness and consumer feedback for senior management's review


    skills & experiences required.
    • Degree or above in Marketing or any relevant disciplines within the FMCG/Personal Care sector
    • 3+ years of brand marketing experience is required
    • Current Senior Marketing Executive will be considered
    • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
    • Strong business acumen with eCommerce operations experience
    • Team player and able to work under pressure
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
