About the Company
Our client is one of the worldwide leading technology and engineering companies with a long standing presence in Hong Kong. To cope with their business needs in the service team, they are looking for an Assistant Manager to manage and lead the team for better growth.
About the Role
You will be a key member in leading the service team and the engineers in providing efficient and quality services to the clients. The team covers BMS repairs and maintenance services and projects in Grade A commercial buildings with a major focus in the Hong Kong Island side. You have to monitor the work progress and manage the engineers, technicians and contractors in the maintenance execution.
... About the Requirement
- Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in repairs and maintenance, facilities management
- Knowledge in BMS, building automation system
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
