- Provide comprehensive marketing and distribution support for the channel, encompassing banks, brokerages, independent financial advisors (IFA), and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the sales function and direct manager to execute marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Ensure effective communication of channel requirements to internal teams and external partners.
- Plan and execute product marketing, sales promotion activities, and events to support partners and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing and communication plan to enhance efficiency, focusing on metrics such as cost per click, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, response rate, conversion rate, and leads generation.
- Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, customize, and review communication, product, and marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials for business partners to support their selling efforts.
- Monitor and manage deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Plan and monitor the marketing budget allocated to the relevant initiatives.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities and duties as needed to meet business requirements.
skills & experiences required.
- University/college graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in Financial Services and knowleged in insurance products
- Possess a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation and focus.
- High proficiency in written English and Chinese.
- Good timeline management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Experience in bancassurance is an added advantage.
