    My client is a global leading retailer who is looking for an Assistant Analytics Manager to transform the data into tangible business value for their loyalty program. This is a great opportunity to work with a scalable data team to have a big impact on the direction of the business moving forward by the projects supporting the business.

    about the job.

    • Leverage data to generate business insights and recommendation for customer-centric / customer engagement strategies
    • Transform data into actionable plan/strategy for marketing campaigns
    • Develop and maintain the dashboard to interpret the analysis results by using different analytics methodologies
    • Work with internal or external IT parties to identify and support improvements in daily work efficiency through automated and streamlined processes

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, BBA or related disciplines
    • 4 years or above experience data analytics field, ideally from retail/ F&B/ hospitality industry
    • Proficient in Python/ SQL
    • Proficient in Tableau/ PowerBI/ Qlik
    • Experience in analytics skills in customer segmentation/ predictive modeling or other analytics methodologies
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ Microsoft D365 Marketing or other digital marketing platform will be a plus
    • Strong communication skills, excellent in both written and spoken English
    • Open-minded with strong business sense
