- Plan and develop data analytics strategies to transform data into business values/insights to address business needs
- Identify and improve daily work efficiency through automated and streamlined processes
- Cultivate data-driven culture and drive data democratization within the working environment
- Provide guidance to junior and ensure the project is delivered on time
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/ Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics related areas
- Hands-on experience in data analysis with SQL/ Python / R
- Hands-on experience in data visualization with Tableau/ Power BI/ Qlik
- Data Analytics experience in CRM/ property field will be a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
