- Handle senior executive's schedule efficiently, manage travel arrangements, provide timely reminders.
- Adhere to company travel policies, arrange flights, hotels, and transportation, anticipate logistical needs.
- Support meetings and conferences led by the senior executive.
- Aid in budget development, monitoring expenses, purchasing, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate staff travel, review expense documents, arrange meetings, and prepare presentations.
- Manage office administrative tasks including timesheets, insurance claims, and training records.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as needed by the senior executive.
skills & experiences required.
- Seeking an Associate Degree/ Degree holder in admin with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in secretarial/ administration support.
- Must possess strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Capable of working independently.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
