Our client is a listed company in the service sector. They are looking for a talented individual to take on a diverse range of responsibilities in the accounting department.

You will work in a team of 9 and report to the Finance Manager.

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
• Help in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all necessary documentation and records are accurately maintained.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing necessary data and analysis.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during financial audits.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned

skills & qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in written and verbal English, Mandarin, and Chinese communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
