Oversee the complete life-cycle management of fund products, including actively participating in the process of product operations
Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate the development and launch of new products, as well as manage the product establishment and segmentation process.
Monitor and analyse the performance of existing products, and drive any necessary maintenance work such as product discontinuation or conversion
Support market research related to fund products, stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements, and provide input to inform product decisions

skills & experiences required

2 years of relevant work experience, experience in product management/operations
Bachelor's degree from a top university; majoring in economics or finance
Have strong interest in product management and asset management
Rigorous work attitude and able to handle detail and sensitive information; strong logical and independent thinking ability
Quick learning, adaptability and excellent communication skill
Fluency in reading and writing skills in Chinese and English
