  • key responsibilities

    Support the Asset Management compliance team is handling all rounded Compliance matters; including both Investment Compliance and Business Compliance matters
    To ensure the business comply with latest regulatory requirements
    Responsible for dissemination of circulars
    Provide Compliance advice to business and operation
    Assist on SFC inspection, inquires, ad hoc communications etc

  • qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in Law or other business-related disciplines
    Minimum 3-6 years' compliance experience in asset management
