Our client is an investment arm of a leading Investment Bank. They are currently expanding the team globally and looking for a Manager to join their Asset Management business (new headcount).
about the job
- Supporting the Head of Compliance in all compliance matters for Asset Management Business, including business compliance and investment compliance
- Providing compliance advice to business units (portfolio managers, marketing team, operations etc) and managements
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure adherence with latest regulations and internal policies
- Reviewing fund documents and marketing materials
- Liaising with external parties regarding compliance matters, including external compliance consultant, auditors, law enforcement and regulators
skills & experiences required
- University Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
- At least 6 years compliance experience, strong knowledge in asset management business is a must
- Open to candidates from SFC/Big 4 Audit/Advisory
- People management experience would be an advantage (not a must)
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
