Our client company is an international corporate based in Hong Kong that is known for its quality services and innovative operation model. It operates a property division with redevelopments and A&A projects for upgrading its existing community properties. In a bit to better support the project team, a new headcount is created for architecture talent to join the team as Architect /Senior Architectural Designer.

about the role

Reporting to the division head, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

• You will also be taking charge of the design delivery and design management to make sure the project is aesthetically and functionally aligned with the company standard
• You will be involve in the architectural design coordination and delivery, such as developing concepts, drawings preparation and establishing design protocols, etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limited to government authorities, design consultants, contractors, internal departments, end users
• Offer technical advice and conduct research to enhance the overall design quality and explore new design approaches
• Conduct presentation and reportings to the management regarding the project ideas and status

about the requirement

• Degree holder in Architecture or relevant disciplines
• Professional membership in Architecture is not necessary
• 8 - 12 years of experiences or above in design delivery and design management experiences in architectural practices/client side/organizations; client side experience is not necessary
• Solid full cycle Hong Kong local project experiences, preferably with track record in delivering A&A and redevelopment projects for office/institutional project/malls will be advantageous
• Architectural talents with interior design experience would be a great advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and English is necessary
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.
