Collaborate with global colleagues on APAC-related projects and issues
Provide assistance in regional regulatory and audit exercises for the technology organization by coordinating with regional and global stakeholders
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to define application requirements and perform system design, mainly for management reporting platforms and sales tools
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported platforms, including technical, design, and user documentation
Ensure timely production implementation by meeting agreed-upon target dates
Maintain effective project communication and management reporting routines with stakeholders
Monitor issues and risks and escalate them as necessary

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of working experience in application support and project management
Strong knowledge of management reporting platforms, sales tools, and related technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with global counterparts and regional and global stakeholders
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively
Fluency in English and other languages as needed to communicate effectively with global colleagues and stakeholders
