My client is a US financial services institution. They're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team, supporting their proprietary system on a L1 & L2 perspective.
about the job.- Provide functional and technical support on the company's systems. Be responsible to keep track of the status of the incidents.
- Understand application-related issues from end users. Identify the root cause and prepare a solution to resolve the incident in a timely manner.
- Assist the team to prepare SOP and basic training materials for end users. Explain and educate end users on any new function rollouts.
- Accountable for ensuring the application is up-to-date and work closely with the application development team to carry out any enhancements.
- Suggest ways to improve the existing processes or functions to be added to the application.

skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, or relevant disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in application support, erp analyst, product specialist, etc.
- Experienced in providing L1 & L2 support to end users on infrastructure or applications
- Knowledge in SQL and XML
- Good command in English, ability to command in Mandarin will be preferred
