They're looking for an Application Support Analyst, who can provide support, maintenance and enhancement to their systems in global investment, including equity, fixed income, forex, etc. This position will participate and collaborate with overseas branches to perform global support for offices around the globe. about the roleSupport trading and portfolio management systems in equity, FX, fixed income, etc. products Perform application analysis, maintenance and support.Prepare application system technical, functional and user documentation.Communicate with business units to analyze in-house systems, as well as third party systems, and resolve any issues Follow support protocols to provide support to end-users on the systems Escalate issues to next level if needed, prepare incident report and communicate with global branches for solutions about the requirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in front office, trading or asset management Knowledge on SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Sybase, etc.) Knowledge of FIX protocols will be a plusExposure on frequently used systems within the industry and terminology is an advantage Hands-on experience on Windows Server and UNIX (Shell scripting will be an advantage) Monitor the support process and procedures to ensure the incident is resolved timely Great communication skills, work closely with end-users to understand their needs and deliver the results If you're interested, please submit your application by clicking "apply" or contact Brian Law at firstname.lastname@example.org.
