We're partnering with them in finding a newly created
APAC Senior Growth Manager. The individual will need to be a hands-on leader and be able to develop brand strategies to build the brand awareness and competitiveness on a global scale, to ensure the e-commerce platforms is the go-to marketplace in the minds of brands and retailers. The individual will also gain exposure to machine learning algorithms in their digital strategies to guarantee positive ROI.
Job responsibilities- Responsible in formulating online brand plan to reach objectives, brand positioning and positive growth/performance.
- Develop digital brand marketing strategies (performance, growth, acquisition) to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the region to acquire/partner brands and retailers to utilise and connect through the marketplace
- Formulate SEO/SEM strategies to drive presence, growth, positioning and competitiveness
- Develop tailored go-to market strategies targeting the different brands and retailers in the market
- Practical leader in developing, coaching and expanding team to ensure continuous development and motivated team
- Integrate and utilize CRM strategies to the marketing plans
- Cross-functional team collaboration to optimize and drive personalized digital marketing strategies
Job requirements- Degree holder in business, marketing and/or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years performance/growth marketing in marketplace/e-commerce or SaaS
- Global/regional exposure is preferred
- Leadership experience in guiding and coaching team member is preferred
- Experience in end-to-end digital marketing campaign
- Analytical, creative, strong interpersonal skills, strong business acumen and problem-solver
- Self-motivated, team player and results-driven
- Open to Candidates from agency background
