    APAC Sales Operations Analyst

    We're partnering with a global HR technology solution business in their expansion plans in APAC covering 7 countries. Our client is looking for an APAC Sales Operations Analyst for their growing team focusing on analysis and providing recommendations to drive growth across the region, whilst partnering closely with senior commercial stakeholders to ensure best practices/processe are in place to drive success in their teams.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Responsible in in-depth analysis to provide recommendation, solutions and best practices to drive growth across different areas eg. customer, revenue/sales, market share, go-to-market (GTM), channel strategy/revenue etc.
    • Collaborate with commercial teams across the APAC region (business development, account management, marketing and sales team) serving as subject matter expert in driving sales process/operations
    • Develop tailored KPI, metrics and process to ensure teams are achieving performance targets across the region
    • Responsible in monthly/quarterly and annual reporting with the use of existing CRM tools

    Job requirements:

    • Degree holder in business or related discipline
    • Mininum 5 years experience in analysing sales operations and/or revenue management
    • APAC exposure and coverage is preferred
    • Strong commercial accumen and revenue-driving background (forecasting, monthly tracking, growth planning)
    • Strong communication and number sensitive
    • Experience in Salesforce is a bonus
