About the company:

Our client is a well-established Financial Services Organization (Buy Side) and is looking for an experienced APAC Desktop Support to join into the team to provide quality desktop & infrastructure support to regional users.

About the job.
  • Provide quality support on the desktop, infrastructure and business applications...etc
  • Ensure all desktop incidents and requests are managed at the agreed service level
  • Perform system health check and administration on the infrastructure which includes not limited to LAN, WAN, Server, TOIP, ServiceNow and so.
  • Maintain adequate and accurate documentation on procedures, standards, desktop and server equipment inventory, etc
  • Investigate any potential security issues and to ensure any potential issues can be secured.
Skills & experiences required.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in provide desktop support in Financial Services Organization
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate & Knowledge of financial applications will be an advantage but not a must
  • Knowledge on Microsoft environment (operating system, server, AD, SCCM), Office Applications, Exchange system, Citrix, VDI, ServiceNow, Moblie, TOPI will be an advantage
  • Able to deliver added values to the business by making suggestions and improvements
  • Demonstrate excellent team spirit and commitment to the job
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken & written English and preferably with one more local language
