Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial performance analyses for senior management in APAC.
• Assist in budget preparation and resource optimization.
• Validate profitability computations for transactions.
• Stay updated on profitability methodologies and interact with HO teams.
• Ensure a consistent approach in liquidity derogatory pricing
• Develop tools and manage projects for process improvement.
• Conduct training sessions and provide explanations to Management, Business Line, and Coverage teams on performance monitoring, profitability rules and measurement, and FTP.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management including but not limited to system enhancement or process enhancement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or any equivalent.
• Professional Qualification in ACCA, CPAA, HKICPA or CFA is a PLUS but not a MUST.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, or consulting.
• Motivated, innovative, and a good communicator.
• IT literate with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization systems such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Project management skills and ability to think strategically.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Great in Chinese and English in both written and spoken commands
• Familiarity with bank operations and project management.
• Candidates with more experience would also be considered for an Associate Title.
